We verify every vehicle before it is offered to you. As a direct exporter, not an agency, we control the sourcing and inspection process, so we can confirm a car is not stolen or salvaged through four layers of checks: chassis/VIN verification, official registration and title records, physical inspection, and history screening. Any unit with a stolen, salvage, flood, fire, or major accident record is rejected before it reaches you. We also give you the documents and photos to verify our claims independently, because trust should be provable, not just promised.

What checks do you actually run on each car?

Here is the verification process we follow for every Toyota and every other brand we export:

  • Chassis and engine number check: we physically confirm the stamped chassis number matches the registration document. Mismatched or tampered numbers are an immediate red flag and the car is dropped.
  • Registration and title verification: we check the Chinese vehicle registration certificate (the equivalent of a title) to confirm legal ownership and that the car is not under lien, seizure, or police hold.
  • Stolen-vehicle screening: we cross-check against available databases and confirm the seller's legal right to transfer the vehicle. A car that cannot be legally transferred cannot be exported.
  • Salvage and accident screening: we inspect for structural repair, frame damage, flood marks, fire damage, and inconsistent paint or panel gaps. We also review insurance and auction history where available.
  • Mileage and condition check: we compare odometer readings against service and registration records to catch rollbacks.

If any layer fails, the car does not get exported. We would rather lose a sale than ship a problem vehicle.

What documents will I receive as proof?

You receive a document package that lets you and your customs broker verify the car:

  • Photos and video of the chassis number and engine number.
  • Copy of the vehicle registration certificate showing legal ownership.
  • Export customs declaration documents.
  • Bill of lading with matching chassis number.
  • Inspection report or condition notes, plus any destination-required certificate.

These documents must match the physical car at your port. If they do not, you have grounds to reject the shipment — which is exactly why we insist on accuracy at every step.

Why does buying direct reduce the risk?

When you buy through layers of brokers, each layer adds distance between you and the actual car, and problems get hidden. Because we are the direct exporter, we inspect the vehicle ourselves, we know the seller, and we are accountable for what loads onto the vessel. We also encourage third-party inspection at your request before shipping. If you want an independent inspector to check the car in China, we will arrange access. That level of transparency is only possible when you deal with the exporter directly.
