We offer three routes: a documented inspection package produced by our own team with detailed photos, video, and a condition report tied to the chassis number; a third-party inspection where you appoint an independent inspector in China to examine the vehicle on your behalf; or an in-person inspection at our facility if you or your representative can visit. Because we are a direct exporter, not an agency, we control the vehicle and can arrange access — an agency that does not hold the car often cannot offer this at all.

What does your standard inspection package include?

Our standard package is designed so that a buyer thousands of kilometres away can make a decision with confidence. It includes exterior photos from all four corners plus close-ups of any damage, interior photos covering seats, dashboard, and controls, a photo of the odometer with the ignition on, images of the engine bay and undercarriage, and a video walkaround where practical. The chassis number is photographed so you can confirm the unit is the one you are buying.

Alongside the images, we provide a written condition report noting what we observed: panel repairs, paintwork, tyre condition, fluid levels, warning lights, and any known mechanical issues. If we find a problem, we disclose it. The purpose of the package is not to make the car look perfect — it is to give you an accurate picture so you can decide whether the vehicle and the price match your expectations.

If you do not have an inspector in China, we can suggest inspection firms that work with overseas buyers, though the choice and the contract remain yours. We do not take a commission from inspectors, which keeps the arrangement clean: the inspector reports to you, not to us. If the third-party report identifies issues that differ from our own findings, we want to know — it helps us correct our process and it protects you.

After inspection — whichever route you choose — the vehicle proceeds to export only once you are satisfied. If the inspection reveals something that changes your decision, we discuss options: adjust the price, address a repairable issue where feasible, or substitute a different unit. Nothing ships until you have had the chance to review and approve. That approval step is the whole point of inspecting before shipping, and it is only meaningful when the party you are dealing with actually controls the vehicle.
