Short answer: shipping a used Toyota from China is priced by method and destination - container (consolidated or dedicated) or RoRo - and we quote it separately from the vehicle so the two are transparent.
The two shipping methods
- Container: one car in a 20ft, or two to four in a 40ft depending on size - good protection and good value when you fill the box.
- RoRo: roll-on/roll-off is often cheapest for a single road-worthy unit and needs no container.
What affects the cost
Vehicle size (a Land Cruiser costs more to move than a Vios), destination port, sailing schedule and season all move the number. Consolidating several cars per container is the main lever to reduce freight per unit.
How we price it
We quote FOB for the specific vehicle and a separate freight estimate for your port, then prepare the export documents your clearing agent needs. Where useful we combine several units - for example a Land Cruiser with smaller sedans - to lower per-car freight.
